ORDERS RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because of the nature of our aromatherapy, body, and skin care product, we do not accept returns on perfumery components, absolutes, essential oils, botanical perfumes, and body care. If available, we will be happy to send you samples prior to purchase. For all other product, items unopened and undamaged may be exchanged, if within seven business days.
Please consult with your doctor for possible safety regarding all ingredients, including essential oils, and herbs. We cannot be held liable for not including all possible side effects of the essential oils, herbs, and other natural ingredients.
Bare wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following about our return policies and insist that you check shipments before accepting them.
We do our utmost to ensure your product is packed and delivered safe and sound. On occasion the contents have been abused without signs of distress on the box (dropping, crushing, thrown or kicked). Open the box in front of the courier before signing. If the product looks like it has leaked or damages have resulted from shipping, do not except it! Return the item in its original box so we can assess the problem and put an insurance claim through. We will give you a replacement or your money back promptly. Call, fax or e-mail us of these events immediately!
Unsatisfactory Purchase and Returns
If, for some reason our product does not meet specification, you have a 7 day return policy. Contact with us is necessary beforehand.
Each customer will be assessed on a case by case basis.
• No merchandise may be returned without prior confirmation.
• Returning product will be the responsibility of the customer (like returning merchandise to a store). When returning product, any shipping or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• If the product is not opened, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
• Items that have been opened or product missing can’t be sold and subject to a 30% restocking fee as we have to pay for disposal.
Bare® assumes no liability for misuse or abuse of its products. All of our products are extensively tested and do not make claims without substantiating them. If you add other ingredients to our bases, testing should be conducted prior to release. Common sense prevails, if you or a client has allergies or has an adverse reaction to a certain ingredient you have added, they must stop further application. Damage to property, materials or personal injury resulting from ingesting or careless misuse of our product, will not be held responsible.
Third Party Complaints
If you are a distributor or an individual who purchased a product and the client has noticed a problem with the item, call us directly. This is to clarify the actual complaint, whether it’s from Bare® or possibly a reaction to those people who add additional ingredients to our base. Our chemists and experience can lessen the aggravation the client or recipient is feeling. If there is no explanation they deem suitable, we can either call them (at an arranged time), or they can call us directly. Please note, if you have intentionally or unintentionally misled individuals with false information regarding the use of this product, we will in no way support those misleading results or exaggerated claims you have made.
We have a high degree of cleanliness and thorough testing of products before it ever leaves our facility. Not to say that a production error on our part would ever occur. We realize that using a number of natural ingredients that are sourced from around the globe (which include specifications and Q&A reports) a minor problem might result. If you feel that there is a noticeable flaw in the product, call us immediately.

Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Bare®, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Notice.

Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location (special offers are the exception). Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Back Orders If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock (Unless you specify otherwise). When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. Cancelling Items or Orders - If an unavailable item is keeping other items on an order from shipping or you simply decide you don't need an item anymore; please contact BareBodyCollection@gmail.com regarding your order and necessary steps will be taken to modify or cancel your order. If your order has shipped it cannot be modified. To return the unwanted items, you may refuse the package or return it (returned items must be unopened and undamaged and returned within seven business days.
